Pizza Dough Cinnamon Rolls

So I made some barbecue chicken pizza tonight for dinner, and I have some pizza dough leftover. I had always wanted to make some cinnamon rolls, but I only think of doing it in the morning when I don't want to spend time to make a yeasted dough. So while normally cinnamon rolls have a sweeter dough, I figured why the hell not let's make some of these.

I did try one of them after they cooled down, and it was pretty solid.

Recipe

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Roll out pizza dough into a flat rectangle. Melt about two - three tablespoons of butter. Spread the melted butter over the pizza dough. Add a cinnamon / sugar mix (I always have a homemade version of this in my pantry) over the entire flat rectangle. From one of the short sides of the rectangle, tightly roll the pizza dough. Slice the rolled pizza dough into about 3/4-inch thick discs. Place on a parchment covered baking sheet. Bake for about 20 minutes.
